Park Bom in Gucci and CL in Bottega Veneta- Spring 2012

2NE1 appeared in a spread with Will I Am in L’Officiel magazine dressing in the sparing runway’s hottest looks. This isn’t the best picture but it’s the only one I could find. In the spread, it’s obvious that Park Bom and CL were the main star. Both of their outfits are stunners.

Park Bom in Gucci is the best part of the picture for me. She looks so amazing. It’s a new silhouette for her; I’m used to see her in mini dresses that I was pleasantly surprised to see her in this ethereal Gucci dress. This Gucci collection was my favorite of all the Spring 2012 collections: it’s 1920s mixed with art deco; it was perfect. Bom rocks the hell out of that dress: she looks curvy and sexy. It was a stunning look. 

CL doesn’t look half bad either. Her Bottega Veneta dress was the opening dress of the show and it did not disappoint. I rarely see CL in dresses but when she does wear one, you know it’s gonna be a damn good one. With that pose and the smooth wavy Veronica Lake inspired hair, she makes me go “Oh My God.” Park Bom might have got the title for best dressed in this photo, but CL murders that pose: she looks so regal and confident, and with that pose, that’s how people know she’s the leader. If you look closely at the dress, you will notice the amount of details that is in it; then you will truly start to appreciate it: something only a truly fashionista will understand. 

This is one hell of a spread. I love everything about it: both Bom and CL stepped out of their fashion comfort zone and they looked stunning. As a loyal fan of 2NE1, Gucci, and Bottega Veneta, I couldn’t ask for a better fashion moment.
